A teacher is not just a source of wisdom and knowledge.He/She takes varied roles of a Leader, Motivator, Guide and a friend. Every faculty member leads by an example full of commitment and compassion. The teachers motivate and inspire the students to recognize their talents and take up every opportunity to develop themselves into a better individual.

Teachers are the vital bridge between knowledge and learning. Familiar with converging technologies, lesson plan, assignment, evaluation and interactive learning, they don the roles of a subject teacher, tutor, mentor, team player, guide and friend. The teacher builds a strong rapport with his/her ward, by inspiring and comforting them in an environment filled with affection, warmth, trust and togetherness.

The school is owned and administered by National Educational and Social Trust (Regd.) Tripunithura. The School Managing Committee consists of eminent personalities from educational and cultural fields who implement policy decisions for the smooth functioning of the school from time to time.
